work or enjoying?

The question is am I working or just enjoying? Just imagine we need inspiration and time to reflect is it than better to stare at your laptop or gazing outside to watch the sea and the waves?

Actually working on my book that has the working title " Finally, I understand my partner".

Based on my experience as therapist and coach on how we communicate and more important how our 3 brains are actually in control of that.
