Lets have a look at it from a different angle the HEAD, the HEART and The GUT brain. Our beautiful and difficult mind, Last week I followed the advanced workshop from #Joe #Dispenza and came aware that luckily we share the same ideas. Good to know I am on track ;-) We have amazing capacities with our brain, 100 billion neurons (brain cells) and 100 trillion connection at least in side our brain. and in those we run on autopilot for at least 98% of the things we do. And we still runs some "old" programs, installed besides the ones that are inherited from the "stone age" I mean the ones we installed stil being a kid or as a teen we those were important to adjust to the family or friends or school situation.
